Design

The way we will engage with you pre-contract aims to be an experience of what it will be like post-contract. We want to make it easy for you to deal with us.

The process of getting to know each other usually looks like this:

• You initiate a first contact.
• We react (usually within 24 hours) by mail. We may ask you some questions that will help us to formulate a first discussion paper.
• You will then have a basis for internal consultation.
• Further exchanges will then happen, face-to-face or remote.
• At some point, you may (or may not) ask us to write a proposal, which may, in due course, lead to an engagement.

Introduction to Consulting program  

The program is usually structured around a series of activities:

• Pre-course work. This includes establishing the "Consulting Profile" to identify the most pressing development needs.
• A face-to-face course, based on a case study.
• Regular follow-up calls between participants to exchange experiences and mutually support the use of what has been learnt.
• Creation of one or more internet-based “communities” around subjects such as "Client engagement", "Solution development" and "Problem Solving".
